argaret's consulting and facilitation draws on her special expertise in professional regulation, her broad knowledge of nursing and health care, and her extensive experience in practice, education and management. As Executive Director of the College of Nurses of Ontario for almost two decades, she worked closely with government and other stakeholders on legislative policy initiatives, and was an active participant in a wide variety of provincial activities. Her work extended to the national and international community including consultation, speaking engagements and a broad range of committee activities
